تعالو نسمح لنفسنا بالهدوء والتواصل بشكل غير معتاد.. هنطبخ ونتواصل ونضحك ونتونّس ونفهم نفسنا وبعضنا واحنا بنحضّر أكلة دافية لطيفة من عمايل ايدينا وناكلها كلّنا سوا

حلة وصل هي مساحة للطبخ الجماعي بهدف التعبير والتواصل من خلال أكلة هنتشارك كُلّنا في تحضيرها مع مي حسن. هنا، بناخد نفس عميق، نهدّي السرعة، ونعيش كل لحظة بإحساسنا وحواسنا — من أول تقطيع الخضار لحد لمّة الأكل حوالين السفرة.

- نحب "نتونس" كلنا واحنا بنطبخ حلّة لذيذة من صنع أيدينا
- بناخد فرصتنا نستخدم كل حواسنا في اننا نحس جمال كل مكوّن في الحلّة ديه، ريحته وطعمه ولونه.
- ورغم إن كلنا بنطبخ سوا لكن كل حد فينا ليه طريقته في الطبخ، وده هيخلينا نجرّب جمال الاختلافات
- ‎حلة وصل بتكون فرصة حلوة كنشاط عائلي تعمله الأسرة كلها سوا، أو الصحاب أو الأزواج، ولو انت لوحدك كمان هتلاقي صحبة جميلة في حلة دافية

✨ شوية حاجات لازم تعرفها قبل ما تشارك في حلة الوصل اللي جاية:
- الأكل مش هيكون جاهز، لكن هنتشارك كلنا في تجهيزه
- الحفاظ عالمكان نضيف وكمان تنضيف المكان والأواني المستخدمة في الأكل مهمة جماعية
- هيكون فيه ميسّر لليوم اللي هي مي حسن واللي بخبرتها في الطبخ الجماعي هتساعدنا نتشارك ونطبخ بشكل مرتب ونستفيد أكتر من اليوم بمساعدة فاطمة وندى.
حلّة وصل مش محتاجة أي خبرة سابقة في الطبخ أو انك تكون شيف جبّار لأنها مش مساحة لاستعراض مواهبك في الطبخ

Let’s slow down and connect in a new way… We’ll cook, chat, laugh, and enjoy each other’s company while preparing a warm meal together—all made with our own hands.

Halla Wasl is a communal cooking space designed for expression and connection. Together with Mai Hassan, we will prepare a meal, take deep breaths, slow down, and live each moment fully—feeling the textures, scents, and colors from chopping vegetables to gathering around the table.
